At Scylla Luxury Resorts & Spa, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before check-in, and we will issue a credit voucher for the full amount paid. This voucher can be used towards a future stay, allowing you to plan your next visit at your convenience.
Credit Voucher Terms
Cancellations received 14 days prior to check-in — You'll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid and you can redeem it for stays any time in the future.
Cancellations received within 1 to 14 days of check-in — You'll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, with certain blackout dates during which the voucher cannot be redeemed. Please contact us for more information about our blackout dates.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of check-in — Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.

Credit vouchers will be issued for the full amount paid. These vouchers will be subject to the rates and offers available at the time of redemption, and the original booking offer may not apply.
